Student Building Use Request Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at the Moody Center for the Arts.
Before completing the form, please consider a few questions about your request.
- Is your event centered on connection through the arts?
- Is your event hosted by a registered student group?
- Will your event take place next semester or later?
- Does your event anticipate a maximum audience of 200 people?
If you've answered yes to all of these questions, please proceed to the submission form.
If you've answered no to any of these questions, we encourage you to contact the Rice Student Center for room reservations or a faculty advisor for alternative spaces.
You will receive a follow-up email within 7 working days letting you know if we're able to accommodate your request. Approval is subject to staff time, space availability, alternative venues available to the group, and alignment with the Moody's mission.
