The Central Gallery and Lantern Terrace
This dramatic space with its soaring 24-foot ceiling and large-scale windows opens onto the outdoor Lantern Terrace, making it the ideal space for an indoor/outdoor party.
Please note: This space is not available during public hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm) when there is an exhibition in the gallery.

Lois Chiles Studio Theater
This black box theater may be reserved for speaking engagements, panel discussions, film screenings, theater productions, and special events. The space is equipped with A/V capabilities, digital laser projectors enabling film or immersive scenic imagery, a 16-foot film screen, LED and digital lighting, surround sound, reconfigurable seating, and backstage dressing rooms.

Flex Studio
The Flex Studio is the central space at the heart of the Moody. With its concrete floors and industrial lighting, the Studio sets the scene for a contemporary event.

Double Studio Classroom, 2nd Floor

Moody Conference Room, 2nd Floor
The Moody Conference Room, located on the second floor, is suited for small group meetings, seminars, or retreats during regular business hours. The room comes equipped with A/V capabilities, an oval conference table, and 10 chairs. The Conference Room is available Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.

Lantern Classroom, 2nd Floor
An intimate yet spacious setting with high ceilings framed by a view of West campus on one side and a window overlooking the central gallery on the other. This classroom is a perfect option for smaller receptions, meetings, and luncheons.
