Wellness at the Moody Series
Every Friday at 1 p.m.
Join us on Fridays at 1 p.m. for relaxing and reflective sessions led by instructors from the Gibbs Wellness and Recreation Center.
Offered on June 7 , 14, 21, and 28 these free wellness classes provide a moment for self-care in addition to a chance to see the exhibition, Resonant Earth, and grab lunch at our Cafe!
Below is the schedule for the classes, each 1-hour long. Registration is not required, but it does enable us to contact you with reminders and parking and event updates.
Water bottle refilling stations are available at the Moody. Guests should bring their own mats and cushions.
The yoga sessions are Vinyasa classes that are accessible to all, mats will be used. Qigong involves slow, stylized movement with a focus on breathing and mental focus, no equipment is needed. Meditation does not require equipment but you may wish to bring a mat or cushion for comfort.
