Guests enjoyed the artwork of Baseera Khan and took time to relax with the Moody’s free wellness series, which was open to the public. A new class was offered every Friday in June, at noon.
June 10: Meditation
June 17: Yoga class
June 24: Tai Chi
Walk-ins were accepted, but guests had the option to register through the button above for reminders and updates about the event.
*Participants should bring their own equipment as needed, including yoga mats and floor cushions.
