Enjoy the artwork of Baseera Khan and take time to relax with the Moody’s free wellness series, open to the public. A new class is offered every Friday in June, at noon.
June 10: Meditation
June 17: Yoga class
June 24: Tai Chi
Walk-ins are accepted but you have the option to register through the button above for reminders and updates about the event. Participants should bring their own equipment as needed including yoga mats and floor cushions.
