Roger Beaty uses cutting edge neuro-imaging to study the brain’s dynamic behavior during creative thinking. Dr. Beaty’s research also encompasses the relationship between intelligence and creativity, how the brain retrieves memories, and the cognitive processes underlying metaphor production.
