Wellness at the Moody Series
Fridays at 12 p.m.
Join us on Fridays at 12 p.m. for a relaxing and reflective session led by instructors from the Barbara and David Gibbs Recreation and Wellness Center.
Offered on June 9, 16, 23, and 30 at noon, these free wellness classes provide a moment for self-care in addition to a chance to see the exhibition, JooYoung Choi: Love and Wondervision, and grab lunch at our Cafe!
Below is the schedule for the classes, each 1-hour long. Please register for each individually via the Register button. Complementary mats and cushions are limited, if possible please plan to bring your own. Water bottle refilling stations are available at the Moody.
The yoga sessions are Vinyasa classes that are accessible to all, mats will be used. Qigong involves slow, stylized movement with a focus on breathing and mental focus, no equipment is needed.
